ABOUT US

NeuroBalance Rehab was founded in 2024 by Matt Nelson PT, DPT to fill a gaping hole in outpatient care for neurologic therapy patients in Northern Pinal County.

We are committed to empowering patients by improving functional mobility, enabling them to actively engage in the activities they cherish and participate more fully in their communities.

Our ultimate goal is to ensure that each patient achieves optimal independence and quality of life through their treatment.

MEET THE THERAPIST

Matt Nelson, PT, DPT  is a native Gilbert, AZ boy, met his wife Maren while serving a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in New York City.

Matt developed his interest in neurologic conditions during his doctorate program at A.T. Still University, and in addition to his clinical practice hopes to become a professor and teach someday.

When he’s not treating patients you’ll find Matt hanging out with his family, playing board games, coaching his daughter’s soccer team, or cuddling his dog Rego.
